this past weekend was a busy one
but at times, it felt thick with despair...
watching news from japan, a dear friend losing her amazing mom, another suffering after a miscarriage...
things that make you question everything
and leave you with nothing.

i suppose this is the human experience.
pain. suffering. adversity.

and then

light
and
hope.
